Thus following Documents are required :-
Date of Birth Certificate (Medical Birth Certificate/ Matriculation Admit Card mentioning the date of birth).
Proof of residence certificate for permanent address
Medical Fitness Certificate (Physically & Mentally) to conduct field visits.
Personal affidavit certificate by a notary public for indicating involvement/ non involvement as a member of a recognized Political party or banned organization.
Personal declaration certificate by a notary public whether the candidate is convicted or not convicted. Also charge sheet required in case of criminal case. (Both Criminal case sheet (if applicable) and declaration certificate by a notary public should be merged in 1(one) PDF).
Copy of Highest education qualification, which should be attested by a gazetted officer.
Copy of all work experience certificates, which should be attested by a gazette officer. (All the copy of experience certificates should be merged in 1(one) PDF file starting from the latest).
A valid phone number is required for sending activation OTP and further communication (if required).
